Look at our new Shipping Trailer
CORP has out grown it's old Shipping Trailer. We have started building a new shipping trailer for the 2005 season. Starting Oct. 4th CORP held a "Fund Raiser" Auction on "I-Pigeon" Auction Site. We had several truly awesome birds donated from some of America's premier breeding lofts. Plus Videos from Paccom Films, a years subscription to the "Racing Pigeon Digest".
Our Auction was a great success. Due to the generosity of the donors we were able to raise over $4000 to finish our new trailer. The 1st thing we did was purchase 24 aluminum crates from the Denver Invitational Club. They had new crates built when they hosted the AU Convention and were looking for a home for the old crates. So they made some money and we got a deal.
Once again CORP wishes to thank all the Donors and Buyers that helped make our Fund Raiser a great success.
Our 50 gal. water tank, pump, and piping for the waterers has been installed and tested. Sunday, February 27th we had a club work party and installed all the redwood decking. Our next project will be to design and build the rack for the crates.
The Aluminum Rack is finished. Next comes the release mechanism, then the skin. Your looking at 1800 welds. The Rack will hold 56 crates with drinkers on both sides of each crate. Room for about 1400 birds. A feed storage area with two doors will be in the back of the trailer.
